Her ayvanın ortasına 3 yemek kaşığı şekerimizi koyuyoruz. Üzerine ayvanın çekirdeğini ve karanfili koyup tenceremize yerleştiriyoruz. Tenceremize ayvaların üzerini geçecek kadar su koyup diri diri kalacak şekilde pişiriyoruz ve ayvalarımızı sudan alıyoruz. Ayvaları pişirdiğimiz suyun içerisine rendelenmiş elmalarımızı ekliyoruz ve 5 dakika kadar daha kaynatıyoruz. Suda haşlanan elmalarımız ayvalarımızın ortasına yerleştirip 180 derece fırında pişiriyoruz.
